For those of you in the Orlando area, here’s a super way to spend a day, help a great cause, and have some outdoor fun.

Disc Golf! I’ve never played but it looks like outrageous fun to me. Read up on the event and then watch the video down below to get a feel for the game. I wonder if I can get the man to send me down to Orlando on June 26?

All proceeds will be donated to the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), Florida chapter and Operation Rebound. Park admission is included with each donation.

CAF believes that involvement in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence and enhances quality of life.
