		<description>As with all new technology, there will be some significant hurdles to overcome to make this product useful, much less so indispensable that people are willing to pay for it.   Great technology can easily fail to be successful in the market when third-party payers won&#039;t pay... remember the iBot.

I&#039;m glad to see that innovation hasn&#039;t died; I just hope that existing reimbursement rules keep up with technology so that people can gain the benefit of such advances.</description>
