Magic Mobility has chair[s] like that. Based in Australia. I had them on my site since 98, called Extreme 4x4, promoting them until they got them approved here plus somer. Only reason I toiok them off my site is they screwed me over after plenty of sales. Chair itself though is great.. owners is who I have a beef with. ;) Always check facts first.
