		<description>In the old days, one use to be able to get a controller but now you get the BS of &quot;The manufacture doesn&#039;t sell them...&quot; That&#039;s what I got when trying to get a programmer for my past 2 chairs. It&#039;s apparently an industry thing. But we the dealer have one, I guess they get it free, and will be glad to come out and bill to get you programmed as if the technician knows what he&#039;s doing. This is another case of making a profit in the name of safety not practicality.

How would you able body people feel if you HAD to take your car back to the dealer for every little adjustment? Need your seat adjusted, I&#039;m sorry, the dealer will have to do that!</description>
