There is very little enforcement in this area bc the parking officers don't want to get into actually checking if they are the proper party. I almost never park in HC bc there's never a spot. Then I get people without a disability yelling that I'm illegally taking *their* spot (the anger level is equivalent to how close a spot I get..).
