Dave is an end user who has over five years of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Ease of operation especially in confined space. | | Weaknesses: | Rapid breakdown of seat armrest covering. Plastic housing and trim tends to become brittle much faster than expeccted especially when not exposed to excessive sunlight. | | Comments: | Would purchase another in a heartbeat however the one I have is not giving anything but good service. I have owned it over 5 years and am still running with original batteries. Sheila is a clinician who has over five years of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Very easy to maintain, the usuage is simple and it's reliable. I have used this for numerous of years for client purposes and its still going strong. After they have tried it out they wanted to purchase. | | Weaknesses: | It is rechargeable meaning it doesn't run all day long, It last for hours but it is good for shopping, inhome usage or for outdoor riding. | | Comments: | I love the product well worth the price! I got what I wanted out of the product and so did others! Can't go around the block without killing. Service is difficult to obtain and expensive. | | Comments: | Scooter hasn't worked since I purchased it. Have done everything I have been advised to do to correct the problem with it stopping for no reason. Runs good if no one is sitting on it.
