Then batteries started dying and even replacements did last. | | Comments: | Worked great the first 3 years then had to replace batteries. Went thru 3 sets of in 2 years. Then all of a sudden it quit in the middle of my house. No service person would come out to fix and there was no way to get it fixed. There are no manuals for repairs and no one in my area 100 mile radius would come to fix. Finally was able to get a Jazzy. My husband and neighbor took the joy stick apart and found that a wire in the joy stick had broken. They were able to fix it but I don't trust it anymore. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating: | |

| james from cincinnatiohiousa submitted this review on October 11th 2009 at 05:05 PM. james is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Wheel chair has stood up for me for about 3 yrs. Seat is comfortable. Can get around the house pretty easily. Climbs up my steep drive way with no trouble. | | Weaknesses: | Really bad ground clearence. Have been stuck up three plus times. Trouble is the front foot rest hinge is too loww. Also because of low foot rest I bring mud and grass in the house. There ought to be a better way to hinge foot rest. Chair eats batteries like a gas hog auto. I'm just 5'9". Weigh about 165. Tires, back, had to be replaced. They wore down to the black. Should have a key to turn off. So wc can't be stolen. Figure out some way to put a limited slip differental on chair. | | Comments: | The chair has stood up pretty well for my use. Indoors and out doors. Improve ground clearence. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating: | |
