Strengths:I don't think it really has any, apart from the fact that it can be used by people who are unable to transfer from the wheelchair.
Weaknesses:It looks dreadful and handles even worse. It makes you feel horribly self-conscious as it's so obviously made for somebody who uses a wheelchair. You sit far too high up.
Massively expensive compared to a custom-built trike.
Comments:I tried one at the Mobility Roadshow a few years ago and was genuinely disgusted by it. I have 17 years experience of motorcycling.

Stan from UK submitted this review on April 30th 2007 at 02:00 PM. Stan is an end user who has less than a month of experience with the product.
Strengths:Accesible for people who can't get out of their wheelchair
Weaknesses:It looks awful and has poor performance for a bike-based trike; the only excitement is from the danger caused by being such a poorly designed vehicle.
Comments:Went to try it out at the Mobility Roadshow, but it was broken because the design of the ramp was weak. If you want something that doesn't handle and makes you look like a saddo it's ok, but a convertible sports car would be more use in any situation. It is not a replacement for a bike; it doesn't go well enough or lean in corners.

Carl from UK submitted this review on March 3rd 2006 at 08:53 AM. Carl is an end user who has one to six months of experience with the product.
Strengths:An awesome bit of equipment guys & girls! Superb in quality and build. The layout is both easy to understand and is user friendly. The access is via a ramp at the rear - to easy! - And you get to use your everyday wheelchair, which is then securely locked and held in position! F1 type gear changes (Clicktronic)make it easy to change gears PLUS it has a reverse - All as standard! The aluminium boxed sub-frame, along with the excellent styling gives this machine a great power/wieght ratio. The handling is un-paralleled! Based on the 1150 R Series BMW it is both safe, secure and reliable.
Weaknesses:None !, apart from all the looks you will get from fellow bikers and those walking the streets as you pass bye !!!
Comments:A must have item for any 'Active' paraplegic or amputee!! Get the feel of the wind in your hair once again as you cruise the open road.
