| Wouter from Kiepersol, Mpumalanga, South Africa submitted this review on October 30th 2009 at 07:56 AM. Wouter is a care giver who has over a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Off roading capabilities (Lawn / gravel roads) NB as we stay on a farm! | | Weaknesses: | Design flaws - eg Seat only supported by 2x 4mm bolts at the back hinge (Has broken 2x already)
NO suspension + deflating the wheels dont help (This not only leads to a bumpy ride but leads to the wheelchair often getting stuck, because as 1 back wheel would not be in full contact with the ground it starts spinning (something like "Difflock" would have helped)
Service - What service!? There is NO exchange wheelchairs available to use while you wait for yours to get sevices/repaired. NO stock of items - so you are goiing to wait a long time to get your chair back! When you get your chair back the spares not always new - but you get charged for new spares!!? | | Comments: | Good design, and defnately got potential with some further fine tuning BUT Will nor recommend anybody to puchase ANYTHING FROM Radical mobility purely because of the lack of service delivery! | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating:

Victor is an end user who has one to six months of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | I asked for more speed, and boy did they deliver it goes like a bat out of hell, my son loves playing on it. A more rugged, sturdy chair I never had ...... sure you can drop-test this thing from a building, dust it of and drive away. | | Weaknesses: | This chair is not lite, it is rock solid! | | Comments: | Custom made, 3 seat functions, comfortable, strong, durable, great bunch of guys | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating:

| Rodney from Dennysville submitted this review on June 11th 2006 at 07:00 AM. Rodney is an end user who has six months to a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Been in a chair for 18 years now and this is the most comfortable I have ever been. Strong, powerful, off road and in house it just goes, they custom made the backrest for me, with tilt-in-space and Power recline it's a dream. | | Weaknesses: | I'm still trying to find some ...... | | Comments: | Radical Mobility crew goes beyond the extra mile, there HQ is far from me so they sent me a measurement form (33 Point to measure)to complete and fax to them. When my chair was deliverd it fitted like a clove, all that for about $5000 | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating: | |
