| Strengths: | A very stylish appearance.
Lightweight, great design that can be completely customised and be made to fit.
I really like the folding push handles, as it gives me the option of being pushed without adding extra weight to the chair. Easy to transport, the chair is nice and compact, i chose to have the carbon fibre fender mud guards, these are brilliant as they not only stop clothes getting muddy but my hands have stayed cleaner. and they fold automatically with the backrest. It even came with its own mobile phone holder! Its easy to side transfer in and out of without removing mud guards. |
| Weaknesses: | The 'Quickie' stickers on the upholstery and frame have started to peel off.
And the two black frame protectors that are under the footplate have both come off. But this is expected with everyday use otherwise no problems so far with the actual frame itself.
And of course the price tag which comes with all ultra light rigid chairs! So far i have owned 4 chairs in 3 years and this is by far the best, but i gave it an overall rating of a '4' because there is always room for improvement. |
| Comments: | I really like the design and appearance of the wheelchair, its stylish and lightweight, i feel like i'm sat 'on top' of the chair rather than being swallowed and sat 'inside' it. I really like Quickie wheelchairs. I'm not self concious when i'm sat in my chair, it really meets the needs of a teenager who wants to look good, and be independant. |
