| Amy from Shelby, NC, USA submitted this review on July 18th 2012 at 09:53 PM. Amy is a care giver who has over a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | steers well, fabric is easily removed to be washed, recline is great for changing diaper, tilt is great to help with head control | | Weaknesses: | Does not grow well, seat/fabric too thick and heavy for summer outdoor use, padding on handlebar has worn off in spots, high/lo function did not work when first purchased, had to return and waited a long time for it to be fixed, does not fold as small as it shows in pictures, once in low position, wheels no longer work and chair can't be scooted closer/further from table, item, group, etc., covering on laterals is wearing in spots | | Comments: | This was our first experience with a wheelchair and I would not have purchased it if I could have seen it and put my hands on it. My daughter will soon need a new chair because she has grown and we will NOT be getting the bigger size in the Cuddlebug. I keep the wheelchair tilted most of the time to help with head control, but this makes the wheelchair take up more space lengthwise which can be a problem in malls and restaraunts and other places with narrow aisles/turns. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating: | |

| Richard from Johannesburg, South Africa submitted this review on April 16th 2010 at 03:28 PM. Richard is an end user who has one to six months of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Functional & Aesthetic. | | Weaknesses: | Recline Function is jerky. Requires spring/pneumatic loaded strut.
Headrest is not suitable for medium to server spasticity or torticollis. It is better than a basic one but not better than that from www.stealthproducts.com / www.symmetric-designs.com.
Still a bit too heavy compared with Kid Kart Xpress Pediatric Wheelchair. | | Comments: | Poor customer service from convaid. I have sent them an enquiry. Its more than a month with no response. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating: | |
