David is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | The best ride and comfort and suspension. Controllers there are some rules never get it wet and seal and protect everything I have run electric jelly was seal
on all connections like new motor cycle and I doubled to tripled the black tape. | | Weaknesses: | I am surprised not sealed like car engine for water and moisture most battery electrical and controllers are issues. They put together system from different people in theory it should work most companies have high defective rate pride seems better than most. Midwheel power chair better on ramp with adjustable wheels than most Midwheel chairs unlevel ramp surface areas. | | Comments: | There is 400 to about 4000% Mark up it is hard to see $50,000 dollar chair not work perfect. The in door use only chair works great, that is design for inside. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating:

Seating comfort
Looks very cool | | Weaknesses: | Width- too big to get into my van easily
Power - may have had old batteries but I on't know
Maneuverability in tight spots | | Comments: | This was a loaner chair that I had for three weeks while my Q600 (ugh, more on that separately) was in the shop for the millionth time.
I had constant power down issues, but I'll chalk hat up to old batteries since this was a demo loaner chair that I got at the last minute, so perhaps he dealer hadn't had a chance to check it. Given Pride's poor history with power performance on its motorized oroducts, I can't say this with confidence...but I will, given the circumstances of my using it for three weeks.
The suspension and comfort of the ride was great. I was pleasantly surprised. Now back in my q600, I realize how good the ride was in the q614.
It also looks very cool - the lower seat profile and exposed bright yellow suspension wire is nice.
The extra 2 inch width made turning kind of annoying. I kept scraping my feet, elevators, doorways and the insude of my van trying to maneuver it inside. Even after a few weeks, it was tough to maneuver.
However, compared to the q600, I'd be prepared to give it a go. I can't rank it high or low since I don't know if the power was (another) Pride defect or just crummy batteriesm since it was a loaner. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating:
