LINDA from Green Valley submitted this review on August 22nd 2016 at 02:44 PM. LINDA is a care giver who has six months to a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:VERY POWERFUL GOES UP TO 25 mph, SEAT STURDY AND COMFORTABLE
FUN TO RIDE
Weaknesses:WELDS ARE POOR, FRAME BREAKS
BRAKES DONT STOP WELL
VERY UNSTABLE ON 3 WHEELS, BE CAREFUL TURNING OR YOU POP A WHEELY
MOTOR TOO LOW, NO COVER PLATE TO PROTECT AGAINST DAMAGE
BODY VERY WEAK, CRACKS AND BREAKS
Comments:THIS IS NOT FOR A HANDICAPPED PERSON... MUCH TOO FAST AND UNSTABLE.
iF YOU WANT TO THROW $2000 THEN BUY THIS MACHINE. ENGINEER THAT DESIGNED THIS SHOULD BE HANGED. FALLS APART IN EVERY WAY YOU CAN THINK OF. Totally unusable after a few months MINE IS GOING IN TRASH...

Wheels from Orlando Florida USA submitted this review on June 9th 2015 at 08:17 AM. Wheels is an end user who has one to six months of experience with the product.
Strengths:A great little machine. Looks great! goes almost 18 mph consistently for more than 30 minutes. Seat is comfortable, slides forward and backward only. SEAT DOES NOT PIVOT so it's a bit difficult to get in and out of some days. I plug it in every night for a charge. never gone out on me.
Weaknesses:After market SERVICE is AWFUL!!! I think it is only one over worked REALLY Rude Man named Derek. They do not have parts readily available, if something goes wrong, and so far many things have. If you break or crack any part of the body, you are screwed. They don't keep painted parts, they will send you raw body parts that need to be painted by an auto body technician, AT YOUR EXPENSE!! For me it was over $1000.000 by the time I was done! Warranted parts are shipped, WHEN THEY RECEIVE THEM!! So if your break light goes out you will wait weeks to months for replacement. Lights dim dramatically when going full speed at night,
Comments:It's a great design but poorly put together and they certainly don't give a crap about you once you've given them 2-3 thousand dollars....
