| Henry from Plymouth, IN. USA submitted this review on October 4th 2007 at 08:14 AM. Henry is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Easy to use. comfortable. | | Weaknesses: | Not good at all on uneven terrain. Not good in gravel or grass.
Making slight turns (by this I mean very slight as in to keep the chair running straight) Slows the chair down to a crawl.
For $11,000. I think I can afford to shop around a bit | | Comments: | Shop around. Also remember GET IT IN WRITING. The delivery man
promised how well he was going to take care of me. He even game me a business card with his cell number. I have called it like 20 times. He Never answers. And he never returns your call. Once they make a sell. As much as you might like the guy You may never see him again. When they deliver warranty parts They act as if you are bothering them.
I am acctually looking for another chair or scooter. I need one that is good Outside so that I can do some things with my daughter of 13. With the chair I have now it isn't possible.
If anyone can help lead me in a direction, It would be appreciated.

| james from Freeville, NY USA submitted this review on October 1st 2007 at 11:34 AM. james is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Solid chassis construction, easy to charge. | | Weaknesses: | Leg rests are so cheaply built that my clonus (feet shaking) bent the pedals within 30 minutes of use to the point that they would have to be replaced. Great ground clearance for chassis, but the foot pedals have little to no clearance. Seat placement puts majority of weight over front wheels to the point if you lean forward to watch toe clearance the rear wheels lose traction even on carpet. | | Comments: | I can't believe how poorly built the leg rests are. My manual chair lasted 4 years and was still in great shape when I replaced it, but this didn't make 30 minutes. It was impossible to get weight distribution correct so I turned the seat around and it goes everywhere now. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating: | |
