Noble from Melbourne Australia submitted this review on July 13th 2010 at 07:18 AM. Noble is an end user who has over five years of experience with the product.
Strengths:The chair is well designed for office & home.(indoor)The chair is very robust.
Weaknesses:The 5 small swivelling wheel's rubber rims get damaged quickly by picking up normal floor grit and hair etc. The rubber become soft and start to crumble.
Comments:My chair is the most used piece of equipment daily. I cannot do with out it and I need to replace the 5 wheels soon for the second time since I got my chair.
But I cannot find those wheels anywhere here. Please help.
I also would like to mention that I service my chair myself.

Comments:I cannot find an agent for service nor parts.
I have a problem with the chair. the light on the joystick is flashing and no power at all going to the motors.
I need help. That is my reason for a disapointing rating. other than that the product is great when working. I had the power chair for over 6 years

Randall from WI, USA submitted this review on April 21st 2004 at 10:34 PM. Randall is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:Compact, stylish design; very maneuverable; easily adjusts to desks or tables; very comfortable to use all day long; the power height adjustment is great.
Weaknesses:No longer has a sales office in USA, but must contact company in the UK; designed for indoor use only.
Comments:I am both a physician and end user, and am unable to find a similar product made by any other US company. This chair looks more like an office chair than a power chair; it functions excellently in an office or home environment. A scooter or other type of power chair would be needed for outdoor use.
