I work on a lot of chairs, and the CTM's are one of the best in durability and product support. Seat is comfy and reclines, good power, good balance, and quiet operation; you can sneak up on a cat! | | Weaknesses: | Weakness is usually the operator. Powerchairs and scooters are not meant to run in driving rain, snow, mud, sleet, gravel, sand, wet grass, etc...and we get all of that from October through June in the NW. That's when I get most of the service calls on this, and all equipment. Sturdy, good price, and good customer support, and lotsa' power to get bogged down in mud, snow, sleet, sand and gravel and destroy the motors and the power control module+$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ | | Comments: | Use this chair, and all in a safe and sane environment. Unless you pay the $20,000 price for a real over-the-roader, all-terrain, powerchair, keep them inside with inclement weather, and stay off of all unstable surfaces. And, if you get buried in mud or sludge or snow, call for assistance, don't try to drive yourself out of trouble...it's gonna' cost you a lot in the long run. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating: | |
