| Jeffrey from New York, NY, USA submitted this review on June 3rd 2012 at 12:28 PM. Jeffrey is an end user who has six months to a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Tie down feature and upright seating | | Weaknesses: | Poor quality and inferior customer service and warranty | | Comments: | After 8 months of ordinary use the stroller broke: wheel alignment off, difficulty steering, parts falling off, e.g. backrest adjustment screw and footplate adjustment screw. We sent back to manufacturer which refused behind to stand behind product and sent back to us broken (did not even offer to repair for a fee). Ottobock said we failed to maintain our stroller by periodically checking and tightening screws.
One of our friends bought the product for their special needs child and sent it back after an initial trial because she was dissatisfied with the product.
We are back to using our 4 year old McLaren Major stroller and not sure what to do.

| Suzanne from uk submitted this review on November 19th 2006 at 03:27 PM. Suzanne is a care giver who has six months to a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | This buggy is great round the shops, my daughter is 5yrs old and has cerbral palsy left side hemiplegia.
Its not too heavy to lift in and out of car is easy to push around (not so good in woodland thou) has a slight recline position which some do not, comes with basket underneath and does have parts that can be added to suit the individual needs of your child.
I liked the idea that it looked like a buggy rather than a wheel chair but fortunately my daughter wants to be independant so looking for powered chair now.
Any questions please email me :) | | Weaknesses: | | | Comments: | I love it works great for my daughter who is 5 with its umbrella folding mechanism life is somewhat easier. | | Durability? | | | Ease of use? | | | Meet expectations? | | | Overall Rating: | |
