The build quality was awful and it became unusable in about six months. C7 Quad is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product. | | Strengths: | Durable, super easy to adjust, looks pretty good, those fold-away brakes are really really nice (saves the thumbs) | | Weaknesses: | Kind of heavy (normal for suspension chair), lousy upholstery that fails quickly, then costs a ridiculous amount to replace | | Comments: | I have a 1st production year model. It's great! I made modifications - put a composite solid seat in place of the total garbage standard material. I also got rid of the frog legs. They may be nice for people with more function, but for me they were just downright dangerous.

Attractive chair. Well built frame. Very relaible suspension. | | Weaknesses: | The back rest assembly. Like all others the folding mechanism doesn't lock after some use. But this is consistent with all chairs I've owned. Another thing that's consistent with all chairs is the seat area made from fabric that stretches making it uncomfortable. I had a "Vision Reactor before that was composite solid" Best chair ever made but discontinued. I made some modifications to this chair as soon as I got it. placing plywood permatly in place of the fabric. Also added built in push handles that are strong and hidden unlike the add on ones your can buy. They are strictly for aiding in stairs. | | Comments: | If anybody would like to find out more about the modifications I've made to my chairs thru the years I would be happy to show them pictures and diagrams. It's made for a much more reliable
